Housekeeper Services and Tasks
Our housekeepers provide
all general housekeeping functions.
These services include vacuuming, dusting, sweeping and mopping the floors; thoroughly cleaning the bathroom and kitchen in occupied homes (no empties).
You simply prepare a list of priorities so you get the job done the way you would like. (A Sample Cleaning List can be found in the Resources tab in the Menu.
You purchase a block of time based on your square footage and tasks. We can assist you with this! We have a 3 hour minimum service. There are no contracts to sign.
The housekeepers are committed to keeping your home environment clean and healthy, so they use your equipment and supplies.
This just makes sense because you know what products you like to be used on your furnishings and it is more hygienic. No allergies or cross-contamination.

Kitchen
__ Remove any cobwebs in the ceiling and corners
_ Load/unload the dishwasher
_ Hand wash dishes and put away
_ Scour the sink out
_ Wipe off kitchen counters and the items on the counter
_ Wipe off kitchen table
_ Wipe down outside of all appliances
_ Clean microwave inside and out
_ Wipe down outside of all cabinets
_ Clean stovetop
_ Clean out refrigerator
_ Clean oven - Spray with oven cleaner night before service. Self- cleaning oven, turn on night
before service.
_Sweep/mop floors/wipe down the baseboards
_ Dust the blinds and wipe down the window sills
_ When finished, please remove all the trash and put in the trash outside (garage?) or recycling
Bathroom(s)
_ Remove any cobwebs from the ceiling and corners
_ Clean toilet; including behind the toilet/around the front/wipe off top and disinfect the handle
_ Scrub bathtub/shower – remove items and wipe them down also
_ Thoroughly clean the bathroom sink
_ Clean counters and wipe down items on the counter
_ Polish chrome fixtures (hot/cold; and faucet) in both the sink and tub/shower enclosure
_ Windex the bathroom mirrors
_ Carefully dust the light fixtures
_ Shake throw rugs and/or wash as directed
_ Sweep/Mop floors/wipe down baseboards
_ Collect the trash and remove from the room
Living Room(s)
_ If there is any clutter, please place in appropriate area (as well as possibly!); ie. Shoes in closets
_ Remove any cobwebs from the ceiling and the corners
_ Thoroughly dust all wooden items, including the items themselves
_ Dust the tops/sides of picture frames; clean glass by spraying on mag first then cleaning glass
_ If necessary, vacuum the furniture/fold up blankets and place on back of sofa/fluff pillows
_ Thoroughly vacuum the carpet
_ If hardwood floors; either sweep or vacuum as necessary. Use product provided to clean hardwood
floors being careful to not have too much water (damp mop is fine).
_ Dust the blinds and wipe down the window sills
_ Collect the trash and remove from the room
Bedroom(s)
_ Make the bed as indicated (leave clean sheets out on unmade bed)
_ Change bed linens; is only one set of sheets – please wash and dry and put them back on the bed
_ Dust the entire room; and dust the headboard and baseboards
_ Thoroughly vacuum carpet
_ Dust the blinds and wipe down the window sills
_ Vacuum inside the closets
_ Collect the trash and remove from the room

_ Start the laundry and the dishwasher
